Before I started training with Mark I was feeling achy and tired. I would go to the mall and spend a couple hours shopping and come home and just flop on the chair. Into one month of training with Mark made such a difference. I could spend more time walking around and come home and not be so tired. The training helps if you stick with it. There’s days when you still feel the aches and pains, but that happens- especially when you’re 84 years old.
