About IPT

Hi! I’m Mark. I run IPT and I love this stuff! I always have! But I realize not everyone feels the same. That’s where my experience (and sense of humor) come in. We’ll keep things simple and as easy as possible for you.. and maybe even have some fun in the process 🙂

I’ve been a trainer and coach since university and have worked with men, women, kids, and adults, ranging in age from 12 to 87 – and they have ALL seen results when they put the effort in. 

Clients have come to me with fun goals, like wanting to get back into sports, to more serious ones like recovering from surgery and wanting to bend down to pick up their grandkids.  Maybe you want to fit into a wedding dress or get in shape for a vacation. Maybe heart attacks run in your family and you know nutrition and exercise play a huge role in prevention. Maybe you just simply want to lose weight and feel better. Whatever your motivation was for coming to this page, you’re here for a reason, and I would love to hear about it.
